Harold is the founder and managing director of VINU. He heads up the firm and has over 23 years’ experience in project management. In 1994 he graduated with distinction from the Delft University of Technology, with a degree in Civil Engineering. He was a director at another project management firm before founding VINU in 2005.
He has worked on and managed a wide variety of projects for a range of public sector and semi-public sector clients. His experience includes work for clients in various sectors, including infrastructure, area development, spatial planning and sustainable transport.
Harold focusses on providing advice and leadership in complex strategic public realm projects. He specialises in process management, finance and public cooperation.
