The Dutch Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management has commissioned research into the feasibility of a possible test track in the Netherlands. The advisory report ‘Hyperloop in the Netherlands’ outlines the societal and economic value of a test track. The report was produced by TNO (Netherlands Organisation for Applied Scientific Research), Buck Consultants International, ARUP and VINU. VINU’s focus was on the section covering ‘governance’.
